Only subscription owner can use secure connection functionality. Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection app can't be shared. the product is not yet commercially launched in your region (see Regional restrictions).no empty slots (devices or users) left under the subscription limit.If the subscription is not activated after renewal, it is necessary to add subscription activation code again on My Kaspersky portal or in the app itself.
